Distance Learning Onlince Teachers? Training

Entance for our registered students

After popular demand, we decided to create a distance Learning platform for those who wish to be trained in our methodology (whih is designed according to the International Yoga Federation's standards) and cannot attend in person, our Teachers' Training Courses.

Online Learning is offered and covers our 1st and 2nd modules of Training. The first module provides you with both theoretical and practical knowledge on the fundamentals of yoga. While, the second module, provides a deeper insight both in yoga, our  methodology, anatomy, physiology. Pranayama breathing techniches in futher extension, and more.

Our distance learning course is devided in nine sub-modules which cover the main Theory of Yoga, and in ten interactive one to one lessons which take place via skype. For the ten interactive on line lessons you will need a good internet connection and a camera (Either internal, or external from your computer).
